Going.....Going......Gone!!!

Well things are wrapping up here in Comp II and that means I am just that much closer to graduation! I can't believe how time flys by when you are studying, reading, writing papers, etc.. When people say that they have to go to college for 4 years, we sit back and think they will be going for a long time! But actually it is not long at all.  I am glad that time goes by fast, just to get me closer to my degree!!! I hope everyone has a great term and I hope you all done very well on your paper! I am glad I had the chance to write and share thoughts with you guys!!!

Feelings about the Comments!

Hello to all,
  My feelings about the comments or lack of comments that have been made to the blogs! Well I do think that this blog thing is a good well to write freely and get to know others. I guess I also think that I have posted so many blogs and since we have started this term, only 5 people have responded to me. I would have thought that some more than that would have responsed. I guess it depends on what you talk about and how interesting you make it! Well I try to respond to at least 3 people during a week but sometimes it is 2.  I probably will not continue this blog after class is over! I have too much other stuff to make sure I get done. LOL~

Holidays!!!!

Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a great holiday and will continue to have them. I, myself, dont care to much for the holidays except rejoicing about Jesus's Birthday! Other than that I just miss my family that has gone on before me and I cant stop thinking of them! I know everyone has suffered a loss but I take it so hard. I don't know why! But I enjoy my chidren and my family with a sad heart for the ones that we can no longer see.  Well like I said I hope everyone had a great holiday!

The last 6 weeks for me!

Well the last six weeks for me have been kind of a speed bullet. First my grandpa had a stroke so most of my time has been spent in the hospital and then he went to rehab and so little more time was spent in the nursing home! He is ok but it still takes a lot to get him on his feet again.  So besides that I have had my children doing their sports and games and practices. I have been trying to focus on school and assignments.
Then probably my last concentration is on Christmas and making sure my kids are getting everything they asked for.....well almost everything they asked for.
The holidays are always sad for my family bc we have lost my grandpa on Dec.1,07 but it still feels like yesterday! But my last six weeks have been very busy and really if I could sleep for 2 weeks in a row I would do just that!

School and Children

My school has always been very imporatant to me. I have had to give it up 3 times of my own choice of having 3 wonderful children.  I want to finish this time for good. I am off to a very good start.  I also want to set an example for my children that getting good grades and studying is very important for your future! We compare report cards. That is a lot of fun!  The world today requires so much from our children and without an education it is almost impossible for our kids to get a job that is worth anything.  But I know that I push my children and teach them well on values and respect as well a school!

Hello All!

Hello to all again on my 3rd or 4th week of the blog. I have really enjoyed my time at Kaplan and all the interesting people that I have met and discussed topics with.  I wish you all the best after you graduate. I say that with pride and excitment because I have been trying to complete my degree for almost 7 years now. Babies have gotten in the way, lol. Really not in the way but I decided to have my children first.  They actually help me with my homework sometimes. Have a great week!

My Paper

I have thought about what to write my research paper on, and I have came up with what a better idea than just write about something that you already know about. Lupus! I have been diagnosed with lupus since 1998. It has effected my everyday life and my actions. I have been really sick at times and not even know why! It is a weird disease to have, but I am lucky enough to get it, lol!
I wanted to write about something that is personal to me and this would it! I hope I can only use my information in a way to inspire others and help others understand what this disease will do to you!
